Hi, I’m Fabian “Febiven” Diepstraten, a former professional League of Legends player with a career spanning over seven incredible years. I specialized as a mid laner and had the privilege of competing at the highest levels with teams like Cloud9 Eclipse, H2k-Gaming, Fnatic, Clutch Gaming, Misfits Gaming, and Fnatic Rising. My journey has been nothing short of amazing, and I’m excited to share a bit about myself with you.
My professional career began in 2014 with Cloud9 Eclipse, where I started making my mark in the competitive scene. Shortly after, I joined H2k-Gaming, which significantly contributed to my growth as a player. However, the real breakthrough came in 2015 when I joined Fnatic. During my time there, I achieved some of my greatest accomplishments, including winning two EU LCS championships in 2015 and reaching the semifinals of the 2015 World Championship. One of the most iconic moments of my career was at the 2015 Mid-Season Invitational, where I solo-killed the legendary Faker twice in one game—an unforgettable achievement that continues to inspire my passion for lol mid lane coaching.
In the years that followed, I played for other incredible teams, including H2k-Gaming again, Clutch Gaming in the NA LCS, and Misfits Gaming. Each experience enriched my understanding of the game and reinforced my commitment to mastering the art of the mid lane. These lessons are now integral to my approach in lol mid lane coaching, where I aim to help others refine their skills and dominate their lane.
Beyond my professional career, I had the unique opportunity to appear on the cover of Vogue Netherlands in 2016, offering a fresh perspective on how esports players can represent their community in broader cultural contexts.
In July 2021, I decided to retire from professional play and transition into coaching. With over a decade of experience, 20,000+ solo queue games, and countless hours of competitive matches, I bring an unparalleled depth of knowledge to lol mid lane coaching. My goal is to help aspiring players unlock their potential, perfect their gameplay, and achieve success in the Rift.
